I’m so frustrated ladies! CD 75 and AF is no where in sight. The logic in my head tells me, I’m not pregnant, but the other part of me tells me “well there’s that one small chance” 😅 all tests have been negative. I messaged my doctor to see what we could do about inducing my period. I just want CD 1 so I can start a new cycle fresh. I recently started supplements for my PCOS so hopefully that improves my next cycle. I’m attaching my chart for reference. Let me know what y’all have done to induce your period?
