Helpp!! I’m super lost and confused on what birth control I should take.

Any tips or advice on which I should take or avoid?? TIA

I was on the pill after I gave birth but a certain type because I was breastfeeding but now I’m not and I’m not sure which is a “good” one for me. I just want don’t want one to mess with my hormones 😩 I don’t know much about birthcontrols just the basics on it.
