I’ve been EP since my son was about a week old; 5 months as of last week and I’ve been slowly weaning since November. Took some breaks along the way but I’m down to pumping twice a day. Once early morning and once in the evening; evening pump is down to 9 minutes (1.5oz in that time frame last night) Yesterday I pumped about 5oz total between both sessions.

My plan is to pump 7 mins tonight and if I’m under 1oz; to try to go without pumping at night starting tomorrow or pump one more time for 5 minutes. My morning pumping today was only 2oz so that is super small too… I still pumped for 18 minutes and that was the output.

I guess I’m just looking for thoughts on when I can just stop completely? I don’t get engorged between pumps but I don’t know how it’ll feel at like 20 hours without pumping so I’m scared but I want to be done so badly.

Update: yesterday was my first day at 1ppd; didn’t feel any need to pump until 16 hours after my first pump. Got about 2oz in 12 mins; hand expressed a tiny bit at night about 11 hours later before bed. Been almost 19 hours since my last official pump and woke up with still soft boobs and no pain so far. I’ll probably pump for 10 mins at some point in the next couple hours.
