9 week ultrasound

Hi everyone originally my dr told me a due date so based off that I would be 9 weeks 2 days today and I got an ultrasound again today and they said they think im measuring ahead. I have my actual dating ultrasound tomorrow so we should know way more on how far I am from that but until then I wanted to ask y’all how far I look in this ultrasound! Also ask if you think boy or girl. It is a abdominal ultrasound and heartbeat of 170!
