My MIL has been watching my baby boy since I went back to work when he was 2 1/2 months old. She’s been his only babysitter when while we’re working (at least 3 days a week) but it seems like every single time she holds him he screams his head off. Is it possible for a three-month-old to have separation anxiety from mom and dad because when she gives him back to us he quits crying almost immediately. I’ve tried leaving my shirt with her and we use white noise if he’a too worked up. She’s the only person I have that can watch him while my husband and I work so I need help. What can I do to make him like her?
