I used to be on the pill but it made my body change in ways I didn’t like, so when I broke up with my bf, I didn’t see a need to continue taking it. It’s been several months, and I had sex for the first time again last night. Unprotected. Google said 5 birth control pills and then another dose 12 hours later could work as an emergency contraceptive, so that’s what I tried.

Does anyone know if that’s true? And I only took 4 and can only take 3 later tonight because there will only seven left. Is that going to be enough?

The guy I was with last night has asked me to come over again tonight and I want to have sex again, but I’m worried since I’m not technically on the pill anymore.
