Pelvic area Stomachache?!😭

Does anyone else get random stomachaches in the circled area? TMI it always gives me runny stools and the stomachaches are painful. It happens during my period usually but it also comes at random times of the month too, everything so look up online doesn’t necessarily describe pain in the correct area. Is it a female thing???
