This is my third pregnancy and my hardest but I think that’s because I’m the oldest I’ve been (37).

My 2nd so far was the hardest on me, I had spd and I was so uncomfortable. This time I've been working out quite a bit partly to prevent spd and also to keep my blood pressure low. It's been doing wonders for how much better this pregnancy has been making me feel.
