I started a new job in the beginning of December. I thought I would like it and that it would be good for my 2 year olds schedule but it’s terrible. I work for a call center and we have 30 seconds between each call and if you take longer your manager and supervisors start blowing up your cell phone. Well my son is constantly getting sick at daycare so recently he had to stay home and it was nearly impossible for me to work from home and care for my son.

I’ve never left a job this early on but other than my son being sick and it just not working out because of his schedule it just honestly sucks! I’m not a confrontational type of person and DAILY I’m being screamed at and belittled and I know I shouldn’t take it to heart but I do and it’s just something I can’t control. How do you quit a job so early on? My last job it was a smooth leave as I was there for 4 years and they understood why I was leaving. Please throw me some advice!
