Nervous

So I found out Jan 23rd that I was pregnant finally a positive test.. just to make sure I took another one a couple days later an yes an other positive. I was spotting with light pink to barely nothing on an off for almost a week.. last night it got brighter an more blood.. I have my first drs appt Tomorrow feb 2nd. An I'm starting to freak out I have 2 other kids 10 an 5. An never had no type of bleeding with them what so ever. I dont know if I should be worried or what to do.. any kind of advice would be great. Please..
