Could be your soap, shampoo, washing detergent, any creams or oils you use??? Try to use products made for sensitive skin

Eczema?? Lots and lots of lotion and possible aquafor on the really bad spots

I’d change soaps and try using an eczema cream

It can happen if baby is too hot. Check please the temperature in baby's room (should be somewhere between 18-22°C) and don't overdress your baby

I went to target and in the baby section they have aveeno eczema oatmeal bath soak and an aveeno lotion. I used half the bath powder in my sons baths and then used the lotion after and he cleared up in less than a week

I use Vanicream wash and cream which helps some, but if it gets worse see a pediatric dermatologist.  My first had eczema and only steroid cream got rid of the scabs and welts he developed.  
My second I am using Vanicream products and putting cream multiple times a day like every two hours which is working.

my baby’s skin overnight and fully by end of week 1) mustela water 2) eucerin baby crème
