Undershirt - dressing baby’s ?

When you dress your lo’s do you put an under shirt on and then the shirt or just put the shirt?  My baby is 7 months now and I stopped putting an undershirt and just put the shirt…but I remember my peditrican told me that I should put the undershirt

I do with my daughter because it’s kinda cold here in NJ. Even under her pjs I put either a long shirt or one-zie

No, we don’t go out much either though. And our house is nice and cozy. If we do go out I just do a onesie and like a sweater over him. On really cold days I put his super puffy jacket and snowsuit on him lol, but that’s only if we’re like walking in the cold/snow together

I don’t really go out a lot and my house is fairly warm so I don’t. It really depends on what I’m doing for the day. But I’d say for the most part I don’t. I live in Canada so it’s usually pretty cold but my baby runs hot. His feet are always sweaty gross lol.
