What could this possibly be?

I noticed this spot 2 months ago near my vagina. Doesn’t burn, sting, itch, no blisters or blood or puss. Everything seems normal other then the spot. The spot today has dry skin. The photo from when it’s red is from last night and the photo with the dry skin is from today.

Well I'm no doctor at all, but my guesses are exzema, psoriasis or ringworm... 🤔 really don't know, tho
