Nausea but very rarely, and it only happens when I’m really hungry or if baby kicks or moves a certain way.

Yup to both!  Although both come and go, but came back around 32 weeks for me - although also around when I had covid too, so hard to tell how much was Covid and how much was pregnancy.  Fun combination 🥴.
