Self esteem/Weight loss
Little back story. I've had an ED for as long as I can remember. At 19 it got really bad and I lost almost 50 pounds in 3 months. I weighed 112 as a 5'8 women when I was 20 years old. I thought I looked great until my family really started to notice and get worried. Fast forward to now. I am 140 pounds and even though I KNOW how unhealthy I was, I can't help but miss it.
I finally started a *healthy* weight loss journey and I really hope I stick to it. I only want to lose 10 pounds bc that's a weight I was comfortable with. I just really can't stand the way I look and I don't want to feel that way anymore. I don't want it to push me in the wrong direction. Any healthy weight loss tips would be great lol
