Should I break up?

I slipped on ice and fell all the way down yesterday. Today my arm is hurting extremely bad, is weak and I can barely move it because I landed on it. Today my boyfriend of 8 years made a “joke” when I asked what I should do. He said “put an ICE pack on it” and then winked at me and laughed. Should I break up?
