Post Partum Bleeding- Seeking Advice!

Hi all! I gave birth to my little boy on 1/22 so I am about 10 days PP. I did have a 2nd degree tear as well. In the hospital my bleeding was very minimal but definitely a dark red. Now on day 10, it is definitely still red just a tad less dark. I’m trying to determine if this is reason enough to contact my O/B? I have no other symptoms (no cramping, no signs of infection, no large clots or really heavy bleeding) just the minimal red bleeding (I change my pad every 3-4 hours and it’s usually not even close to soaked through). I am pumping so I wonder if maybe that’s a reason my blood could still be red? Any input would be appreciated!
