Baby fell off bed

When my baby was 2 months old she fell off our bed. I’m not even sure how since at they age they’re not mobile & I didn’t put her at the edge. I laid her down on her back & walked to the dresser to get clothes. Next thing I know she’s on the floor face down crying. I consoled her & she was okay after a minute or so. We have hardwood floors and our beds about 2 feet off the ground. I didn’t take her in bc she seemed fine . She’s now 6 months & she seems to be okay. No developmental setbacks. But that fall still haunts me. Could it have caused permanent damage? I cry whenever I think about it
