Spotting or bleeding ?

Hey everyone. Was wondering if I could get some opinions to hopefully calm me down or push me to go to the doctor. I am 9 weeks pregnant and I went to the bathroom to pee and when I wiped I noticed blood on the tissue. And I kept wiping and more kept coming and upon further inspection I noticed it was on my underwear as well. Now it wasn’t as much as my period and it was like a light pink color. Is this just spotting or should I be concerned?

I'd definitely call your doctor and ask for an ultrasound and discuss being put on progesterone if the ultrasound shows baby has a heartbeat. I just went through a miscarriage at 9 weeks and I wish I would've went in as soon as my bleeding started.
