Baby measuring smaller according to Dr.

Hi I been trying to think positive and not worry. But I’m 32 weeks 2 days I’m due March 29th and my doctor is referring me to a specialist because he say that my baby is in the 12th percentile weighing 3 lbs and 11 oz which is smaller than what he should be he said everything else with baby looked healthy he was just worried that my fibroid may be constricting the growth. I have my first born that’s 9 yo that was born full term at 6 lbs 8 oz so I haven’t had a big baby prior if that matters. I was wondering if anyone else faced this issue and maybe if I eat more will that help I don’t have craving really and I eat normal not excessive I gained 22 lbs so far.
