Doctor didn’t give me progesterone, and I think it caused my miscarriage

I had a miscarriaged at 12 weeks, the baby stopped developing at 8 weeks. I have pcos so I took letrozole and ovidrel shot to get pregnant. I had a call with my fertility doctor and asked him if my recurrent misscarriage could be because of my progesterone and he said it could not because I took it, but I told him I never took any progesterone for my two miscarriages and he acted surprised and told me he prescribed it but I was never told to take it (if I did I would had taken for sure). Now I have to do many tests to know why I am losing the babies (which will cost a lot of money).

I am just so tired of all this situation and now I don’t know if it was the progesterone and I am so upset that the doctor didn’t make sure I was taking it or he didn’t even tested my progesterone levels.

What should I do?? :(
