I take the pill and I have been on it for almost 2 years. I got on it because I was having really bad cramps and they have came back. I was taking a higher dose of birth control for a year of being on it and didn't have a period. I had my dose changed and now that I have my period my cramps are worse then before.ive tried laying all types of ways to try and help but it did nothing and got worse to were I've been crying and I'm hot. I had already taken something for it and it should have kicked in by then.im now laying down with a heating pad with my window open and a blanket on in the winter. Would getting my dose changed help me with my cramps or anything to help.
