How does your partner feel about vibrators

I've asked my SO if he would use one on me a few times and I don't think he likes the idea. it's not like he doesn't want me using it but he doesn't want to use it on me. Personally I love the way he does things but I wanted to see what it was like. It would be super hot if he did and I couldn't control it.it was in the beginning of our relationship that I asked him this so maybe I should ask again but does anyone else have this problem?
