Dizziness at 6weeks

This happens to me daily. I was anemic with my first and once I started taking iron supplements it got better so I’m going to ask about that at my appointment when I go. But it happens basically every time I stand up.

Me too. Low iron and low blood pressure do it for me. Common in pregnancy
