could i have ovulated later

i had my progestron checked the jan 28th they said i didnt ovulate at all. well could i have ovulated after the jan 28th is it possible?? i took my last clomid pill the 20th... i took a dollar tree test says negative to be sure... do u think is possible i cpuldve ovulated after the jan 28th???
