WHAT CAME OUT OF ME

I’m 23, on the pill and sexually actively. I’ve been having some weird spotting between periods and bleeding when having sex. I haven’t been spotting until a little pinkish today and also saw this after i peed. sorry it’s kinda gross but wtf is it?!
