I’m on CD22 the past 2days i have had cramping (not bad just more like twinges) and I’ve been feeling nauseous (most of the time, hasn’t really subsided), and along with these i have had “spotting” ….

We’re TTC and have been for 8years. I have PCOS and i started taking conceive plus ovulation support and fertility support in January this year. And this is the first time i have experienced this. (We have sex every couple days just to try and catch when i ovulate as i am not sure of exactly when i ovulate as my cycles were all over the place)

I have added pictures of the spotting its only occurred 3times over the past 2 days but it’s different each time and i am confused as to what it could be ? Could this be my period or implantation or ovulation or something? Is there something i should be doing or something i am doing wrong? I would appreciate if someone could give me suggestions on what could be happening and what i could do?
