Nausea 🤢
Hey mommy to be’s! I need some advice on what to do for this horrible nausea. I do not remember it being this bad with my first. This time I am throwing up multiple times a day and have lost between 15-20 pounds since finding out I was pregnant. And ginger ale is not helping except give me heart burn really bad!
