Looking for Hope. Bleeding early pregnancy.

At about 5 weeks 4 days pregnant, I had heavy heavy bleeding with clots for about 4 hours. Then the bleeding completely stopped. I assumed I miscarried but long story short, I went in blood tests and my numbers were rising so doctor said it wasn’t consistent with a miscarriage. ultrasound showed two gestational sacs- one was empty and the other had a fetal pole but the heartbeat was hard to count but she saw the flickering. She mentioned miscarriage of twin/vanishing twin. Now I’m about 7 weeks and I’ve been bleeding (only seen when I go to the bathroom, not soaking a pad at all). I want to be hopeful. This whole journey has been so scary and so atypical that I don’t know what to think. Does anyone have experience with bleeding like this and a healthy pregnancy?
