When to tell my spouse I’m pregnant with baby #2

So a quick summary, we have recently decided to sell our current home and get into a new build home. My husband is currently looking to leave his current employer and get a position where he can work from home with me. While our new home is being built we will be living with family. Valentine’s Day and his birthday is coming up (2 weeks apart). With everything going on in our life right now, I don’t want to over well him but I also can’t decide when or how to tell him. I have not told anyone else about baby #2 as I want my husband to know first. How did you announce baby #2 to your spouse?
