I can’t sleep
I can never go back to sleep after i BF my baby at night I can’t get to sleep my thoughts race and I have anxiety and I can’t get comfortable. I’m not sure why I have bad anxiety but it’s really effecting be my eyes burn and I am so tired but can never actually get to sleep. I ended up staying job does anyone else have this problem
