Pains and aches

I’m 38 weeks almost 39 and all these aches and pains are killing me!!! I can never get comfortable! The pressure in my but is absolutely horrible and the pressure I get in my last part is super uncomfortable and painful when my baby girl decides to move! I lost my mucus plug this past Thursday had a sweep done Wednesday! I seriously thought she would of been here by now but nope!! What do you guys do for your aches and pains? I have tried warm baths but that doesn’t help the yoga ball doesn’t help!!
