Valentines for hubby

My hubby and I have been together for 4years we are 19 and have a 13month old and I'm pregnant so our relationship has been very rocky our sex life is rough because my sex drive has been so low. Every year since we have been together he always does the sweet valentines thing. But this year I want to do something amazing for him he has been so great through everything and has worked his ass off since I can't due to my medical issues. Plz give me so ideas!!!
