Horrible Pain

I got my IUD in about three-four months ago. Of course in the following months i spotted and had cramping here and there. About two weeks ago I started getting this debilitating pain in my lower stomach and pelvis that leaves me unable to move because it hurts so bad. I went to my gyno hoping for an ultrasound and she scheduled me one a month from now, she said it was just ovulation pains. They checked to make sure i wasn’t pregnant and it was negative. I’ve had kidney stones and the pain has become comparible to the pain i had with my stones, but it’s all in my lower stomach. Advil, pamprin, midol have not been able to help at all. I’ve also been bleeding quite a lot for about 9 days straight now and my blood is a color i’ve never seen it before. Does anyone know what this could be? I’m so sick of being in agonizing pain with no answers
