Got invited to coffee date, want to go but not ready

I got a dm from a guy (26) that follows me (mutual follow for 5 years) to go on a coffee date. All the Interaction we’ve had is likes and viewing each other stories, he’s reacted to my stories. He’s well traveled, extroverted, a fan of Anthony Bourdain, a kinesiology B.A graduate, a coffee guy, does Martial Arts and I know he works as a physical therapist or something like that. And also very cute I’d say. I’d like to go on the date but I don’t feel ready yet. My self esteem is not at the place if I’m honest, i haven’t been in a relationship for a 1. 9 years ( reason: My first and only relationship, I was in a committed relationship of 5 years, my ex cheated on me, now he dating that girl) due to that I have some insecurities that I’ve been trying to overcome, and I’m definitely very scared to start over. He seems like a decent guy, and I’ve had a little crush from afar but I’m definitely not ready to date. I don’t know how to reply. I need some help on what to say, to maybe leave the door open for later if possible. Like I’d like to say yes I’d love too but not now maybe later?? Or make it clear that i do like him but i need like some time. I really need help I’m very nervous, I’m not sure how to reply.
