Over eating problem.
Si Im starting my weight loss journey & I have 2 days going into eating healthier. I haven’t incorporated exercise yet since I haven’t figure out a schedule for it. These last two days I’ve been doing good, but the problem is that I get hungry still. I have been snacking on Greek yogurt, rice cakes, things I like & know what’s healthy, but I was wondering what is y’all’s go to snacks so I can try them out.
