Without having an Ultrasound, how do you know if your baby is head down?

Confirmed on an ultrasound at 34 weeks, but I can feel babies butt when she sticks it out and her foot. And then her hands are down super low when she moves them.

I can see my baby's head when I lay down. Her head is between my boobs, when I first saw it I thought I was growing a third boob!!!

My boy has been head down for quite some time now. Confirmed at the hospital with ultrasound because I thought I was leaking amniotic fluid.

You can get an idea by where you feel a foot, small twinges down in your pelvis, where hiccups are, where the butt sticks out, etc. You can belly map too but usually it’s easier if doctor does it. Usually towards the end the doctor will feel around your tummy to get a good idea of how baby is situated. You can always ask them at your next appointment if you’re worried. They’ll probably feel around real quick and tell you. If they’re unsure they’ll prob send you in for an ultrasound.
