I know every pregnancy/postpartum is different but I had bright red bleeding that was light for 4 days. No cramping, a little bit of mood swings, no cravings but that's all. I thought your periods after having a baby were supposed to be heavy, long, and painful. I took 1 pregnancy test it said negative... So I guess my question is, was that my period?
