Anxiety Stress Nonstop Crying

How do you help calm your fur babies not to cry and stress with anxiety when you're not around?

My furbaby is so glued onto me. She follows me everywhere and does not leave my side.

When I leave she cries alot and goes crazy. I don't want to see / hear her hurt and so alone.

I do have a camera so I can see her and talk to her at times but she's not interested in that anymore.

All she does it jumps high at the door (I'm so scared she opens the door haha) cries alot and goes crazy.

I dont want her to go through this anymore. We are only allowed 1 pet so giving her away is a BIG NO NO!!! She's my baby.
