Tomorrow on my calendar is the crossed out first midwife appointment which we unfortunately won't be attending. I found out I had an ectopic pregnancy about 3 weeks ago and when I see that appointment my heart brakes and all I can think about is what if it happens again. This was my first pregnancy and I know the chance of ectopic increases by 10% so although I've seen so many positive stories, that 10% is all I can think of.

Does anyone have any words of wisdom? We have a bit of time before we can start trying again but I was thinking about doing acupuncture if anyone has had any success with that? This really does suck.
