40 week check

Today was my 40 week check , my midwife said Im 2 cm with a soft cervix but couldn’t get in enough to do a sweep, and to come back Friday if I don’t go into labor naturally. I was immediately cramping afterward but now nothing! I can’t help but feel agitated and let down! I want this baby out now ! My first was 5 weeks early so I am shocked to be pregnant this long! Anyone else have a similar experience and end up going into labor shortly after their due date ?!
