Diarrhea won’t stop after prelabor stopped

I’m currently almost 36 weeks pregnant and at 34 and a few days I started getting contractions and diarrhea. The contractions have since stopped but the diarrhea and cramps that come along with it have not. I have gestational

Diabetes so the traditional BRAT diet cannot be followed since it will trigger a blood glucose spike. But on the other hand, I can’t seem to keep up with my fluid intake and keep getting dehydrated and the constant bathroom trips have actually caused my blood sugar to get too low, there seems to be no winning. My drs can’t prescribe anything and just tell me to try to relax because I should be induced at 37 weeks. But this diarrhea has honestly been wreaking havoc on my and my poor bum. Anyone else suffer from this?
