PCOS medication?

I had an ultrasound yesterday and was diagnosed with PCOS. I’m kinda devastated. 
What medications/supplements worked for you to help conceive?

First, diet that works is low carb. Keto isn't sustainable so a modified paleo may work. I'm doing Dairy free, Gluten Free and Sugar free. But I also have an autoimmune thyroid disease on top of PCOS. People with PCOS typically have issues processing sugar. 
Also read "It Starts With The Egg" has a ton of info on supplements for PCOS. I'm about to start taking NAC, I've been taking Folinic Acid (not folic acid,bad) but natural form of folate, COQ10 and vitamin C D and A. And Omega 3. She has others she recommended as well but I'm starting with these. 
I've been pregnant 3x because of low carb but miscarried every time so now I'm trying to get my eggs at a good healthy quality.

I think it depends. I also have pcos, but a rather mild form of it. My dr recommended we ttc for 1yr & i start a low carb diet before she would prescribe any meds. We had been ttc 6mos by the time I got diagnosed. We conceived 2 months later-naturally. I used opks because I did ovulate every month. I took a prenatal, probiotic, fish oil & used pink stork fertility sweets, and ate lower carb (100 net carbs a day or less).
