I put baby oil on my son's head and left it for 5-10 minutes the used a baby brush and gently rubbed it in circles to breaker up the dry skin and then gently combed it out and then washed his hair. I've heard you can also use coconut oil or olive oil instead of baby oil as well.

I used this with my son. Worked wonders especially since he had so much hair. Cradle cap is harmless, just a temporary cosmetic issue, so don't stress too much. It comes and goes sometimes but this worked so well

Both my girls have had this, during bath time I gently rub in circles on the scalp with a baby bath brush (specifically the Frida baby one) and then I use a little bit of baby oil on the scalp. It didn't take long for either of my girls to be rid of it using that process a few times.
