How to ease nausea from BC?

I’ve been so nauseous since starting BC and I don’t know how to calm it down. Any tips?

How long have you been on it? It does take time to adjust to starting and stopping birth control. But I use an essential oil for nausea as I have Crohn’s disease so nausea is like an every day thing for me. Tums or Pepto help me too
