Hey ladies sooo ive been TTC for almost 3 years now and I have PCOS and was recently told that i also have a tilted uterus. in January i took my first ever round of letrozole but i wasnt able to make all of my follicle appointments which means i wasnt able to get the menopur injection and trigger shot i was previously told i would be prescribed. But here are my 2 ovulation tests so far. I decided to just let this cycle run its course with the letrozole alone and wait another month or two to go back for my second round and my other injections. Do the tests show that im actually going to ovulate this month, Within a couple days?
