Has anyone been diagnosed with PCOS in their 30s? I’m asking because I’m 31 and just

Got diagnosed with PCOS. But my doctor says I’m not the “typical” woman with PCOS because I got pregnant 2 times on my own and don’t have the usual physical features. Reason I got diagnosed is because after my son my periods were super irregular so I went to The doctor to see what was up. Doc isn’t sure what May have triggered me to have pcos and why later on in my 30s. Just wondering if anyone experienced this. We are currently trying for another baby. Will try it on our own before we decide on taking medication.
