Zicam Cold Remedy Swab
Currently 16 weeks pregnant. I thought maybe I was coming down with a cold so I used my Neti pot and then used a Zicam swab once in each nostril.. after a few minutes went by I realized what I had done blew my nose and checked google. Was reading conflicting reviews, most said best to avoid, some said no proof of any harm but ask OB, some said they were told it’s safe.. It’s the weekend and my mind is wandering.. should I be worried?
