Hello ladies we are trying to conceive our second child. This is the first time we are actually trying. I was on birth control when I got pregnant with my daughter. Is there any tip you ladies can give me wether it’s vitamin or if I have to eat certain foods or different lubes that can help . If you have any suggestions please let me know ! Thank you !
