Help losing weight!
So I have noooo idea where to start. I was thinking of trying "Noom". Some websites say to count calories, some say to count macros (idek what that is lol), some say to eat more protein, some same to eat what you want just in small portions.... I've been starting to workout when I can, but it's the eating better part I need help with. I want to lose at least 30-40lbs by the end of the year for my wedding photos. Someone please give me some advice that is simple enough for me to stick with!!💗
